  1. Monitor Definitions

  3. ‚Ä¢ Monitor# : Number of monitor as shown in Monitor control panel
  4.    ‚óä Active = Is the monitor currently recognized by the system?
  5.    ‚óä Main Screen = Does this monitor contain the menu bar?
  6.    ‚óä Color Device = Is this monitor set as a color device in the Monitor control
  7.               panel?
  8.    ‚óä Type = What method is used to determine color/gray scale level on this
  9.               monitor?
  10.    ‚óä Nubus/PDS Slot# = If appropriate, what slot/board is this monitor 
  11.               controlled by.  This can be cross-referenced in the Nubus/PDS list.
  12.    ‚óä Driver# = If appropriate, what driver is controlling this monitor.  
  13.               Check driver list.
  14.    ‚óä Screen Size = Dimensions of the screen in pixels (dots on screen)
  15.    ‚óä Resolution = Number of pixels per inch
  16.    ‚óä Pixel Depth = Number of bits of data required to store the information for
  17.               each pixel.  The number in parentheses indicates the number of colors/
  18.               gray shades that can be shown on the screen at once.  Pixel depth is
  19.               set in the Monitor control panel.
